This guideline intends to provide general advice on anti-thrombotic therapy for adult patients living with active cancer or receiving anti-cancer therapy only.  It is intended to be used alongside the detailed LUHD Antithrombotic Guidelines (Adults) which can be accessed via the link on the intranet home page under ‘applications and links’.
