Ceftriaxone IV + metronidazole PO/IV
If MRSA suspected add vancomycin IV
Orbital Cellulitis
Micro Organisms
Staph.aureus, Strep.pyogenes, Strep.pneumonia, Haemophilus spp.
Duration
5 - 7 days

Vancomycin IV + Clindamycin PO/IV +/- Gentamicin IV (if no improvement)
