Ciprofloxacin PO
Duration: 10 - 14 days
(use IV only if unable to tolerate oral)
Acute Epididymo-orchitis

Ceftriaxone IV/IM one-off dose
If >8 years old add doxycycline PO for 10 days
If contraindication to ceftriaxone discuss with sexual health / microbiology
