Mild Hiradenitis
(minimal scarring, limited sites affected):
Topical Clindamycin 1% Lotion
Apply twice a day
Assess response after 12 weeks
Moderate Disease:
Doxycycline
100mg OD
Assess response after 12 weeks
Refer to Dermatology if not controlled
