We Are With You Borders provides a service for people over 16yrs concerned about their own or someone else’s alcohol and/or drug use.

The service includes:  

For people concerned about their own drug and alcohol use:  

  • Regular one to one support for people
  • Individualised recovery plans
  • Evidence based intervention
  • Group work
  • Assessment for Residential Rehabilitation
  • Relapse Prevention Support
  • Harm Reduction Advice
  • Dry Blood Spot Testing
  • Take Home Naloxone
  • Injecting Equipment Provision (Needle Exchange) including a click and collect service 9am – 5pm
  • Online Webchat is also available at the following times:  Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm  

For family members:  

  • One to one support
  •  Community Reinforcement and Family Training

Who to refer, who not to refer, how to refer

Who to refer: 

  • Individuals age 16 + who are concerned about their alcohol and/or drug use.
  • Adults aged 16 + who are impacted by someone else’s alcohol and/or drug use.    

 

How to refer: 

Referrals can be completed either by the individual themselves, or anyone else with consent from the individual.
