Warning

Welcome to NHS Borders Long Covid and Energy Limiting Conditions Support RefHelp homepage.

  • The NHS Borders Long COVID Pathway offers a therapy-led, multidisciplinary, and patient-centred pathway for adults experiencing ongoing symptoms following COVID-19. The pathway is designed to deliver quality, personalised care with a focus on timely access to support recovery and enhance quality of life.
  • Clinical oversight remains with the referring GP, who continues to manage the patient’s overall medical care. As needed, referrals are made to members of the extended multidisciplinary team (MDT) in accordance with the pathway.
  • We are committed to ensuring equity of access across the Borders region, addressing the unique challenges of delivering care in rural settings.
