- Digital Interventions are suitable for all Adults aged 16+ presenting with a range of psychological difficulties including stress, anxiety, sleep and a range of specific presentations (see below for full list of programmes)
- Patients must have access to a computer/tablet/smartphone and be able to access the internet
- Patients must also have access to an email address

- Digital interventions are unsuitable for anyone expressing thoughts of self harm or suicide, or where there are any documented/perceived risks
- Patients should be willing to be pro-active in their treatment recovery and be able to use a computer programme
Supported versus unsupported programmes:
- Supported programmes come with tailored online reviews, risk management, and feedback to referrers upon discharge. These require a sci-gateway referral
- Unsupported packages are self-referral and do not come with reviews, risk management or feedback
