Maintenance rituximab (2 or 3 monthly) 7 days prior
Rituximab monotherapy (3 weekly) 96 hours prior
Weekly rituximab (4 dose course) 7 days prior. Only required for dose 1.
Weekly obinutuzumab 48 hours prior
Bisphosphonates for myeloma 7 days prior
Day 8 gemcitabine (GDP) Up to 72 hours pre-dose
Continuous oral SACT Within 14 days of next prescription
Pre transplant bloods Within 7 days of conditioning regimen
Clinical trials 96 hour bloods are accepted for SACT prescribing unless otherwise specified within the trial protocol.
