PACS Images can now be transferred digitally.
The form below can be used to transfer images to and from other UK centres.
For patients who require images to go outwith the UK, they can be sent directly to the patient.
The links below will open a Service Portal.
- Choose "Use External Login"
- Enter your NHS Email Address
- Sign In to your Office 365 account when prompted
