Before your group session next week, please find below a list of activities we would like you to do. It is important that you do these activities before the group session as we will be discussing them and there will not be an opportunity to hear the videos or do the worksheets during the session

There are some stretches you can try at home in your own time: stretches manual ![]()
· Only move as far as is comfortable
· Start small and build up gradually
· Try the stretches in both sitting and lying- sometimes one position is more comfortable than another
· If you cannot get on and off the floor they can be performed on your sofa or bed
Pick 2 or 3 stretches and try to move mindfully while doing them.
