Please ensure patient feedback posters are displayed in the departments and encourage patients to feedback using the QR code.

If patients unable to complete QR code themselves a paper copy can be printed and submitted online by admin.

Patient Complaints

For complaints that can't be resolved first line, patients can be signposted to the NHSGGC Complaints website. This can be accessed either via our website at the bottom, or the NHS GG&C website

The Complaints Procedure Leaflet can be useful to have printed to provide to patients in the department.
