Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Referral Guidance

Please note any patient referred as urgent, suspicion of cancer to ENT will be sent a symptom questionnaire prior to attending – this allows us to triage patients to the most appropriate clinic. If they are unable to complete this, they are vetted as per the SCI Gateway referral letter. Please ensure the patients correct mobile number and email address are present to allow us to contact them easily.
