Individual’s preferences and boundaries are unique and understanding these is key to enjoying a satisfying and consensual sexual relationship.

Communication is crucial for expressing preferences around  exploring pleasure with a sexual partner Discussing likes, dislikes and boundaries with a sexual partner facilitates trust and understanding.

Misinformation about sexual pleasure is common – particularly with the influence of pornography and social media on perceptions of what pleasure should be.
