Warning

Relationships evolve over time and can often shaped by life events, personal development and external factors. This may include changes in intimacy, communication or general priorities in life.

It’s natural for challenges to arise during transitions in relationships - such as moving in together, having children, ageing  or dealing with health issues.

Open communication is important during periods of change. Sharing feelings and concerns can help people navigate changes together. Seeking support from friends, family or professionals can be useful when navigating changes in relationships, if these are having a detrimental impact on someone.
