Children and Young People
Growing up can sometimes feel like being on a roller coaster. This is because the part of our brain that feels emotions grows quickly during this time. Self care means doing things that help you feel good and stay healthy in your body and mind. Young people have told us they want some ideas for when they are having a hard time, so we made a list of suggestions. You can choose what works best for you. Sometimes, we also need to talk to a mental health professional. You can use these ideas by themselves or while you wait to see someone.
