Support for Patients

iThrive Edinburgh provide support to individuals experiencing challenges such as managing emotions, anxiety, low confidence, loneliness, relationship difficulties, low mood and depression.

They offer both a drop-in service whereby patients can turn up to allocated sessions without a referral. They also take referrals from GPs.
