NHS Lothian procedures and governance for Right Decision Service toolkits
These flowcharts outline the NHS Lothian RDS Oversight Group governance and approval processes for uploading of new guidelines to the Right Decision Service, updating and withdrawing guidelines. Please complete the forms embedded in each flowchart to obtain approval from the Oversight Group.
The flowcharts also show the steps involved in the national governance processes applied by the Healthcare Improvement Scotland Right Decision Service team. The national RDS governance process needs to be followed once approval has been gained from the NHS Lothian Oversight Group.
