Not thrombolysable - admit to stroke unit

1. Bleep stroke consultant/nurse (4660).
2. Swallow screen in ED.
3. Admit to stroke unit and following actions completed by stroke team:

• Swallow screen (if not done already in ED).
• Urgent CT scan arranged (to be done ASAP and within 12 hours at latest).
• Aspirin after CT scan has excluded bleed.
• Stroke consultant review (if not had already).
• IPC.
