No intracerebral bleed on CT

• If still ongoing symptoms weigh up potential risks and benefits of thrombolysis including imaging results, pre-morbid status, severity of stroke, duration of symptoms, relative contraindications. (See guidance)
• Stroke consultant available out of hours via switchboard.
• If SBP over 185 or DBP over 110 treat BP aiming to get lower than this using labetolol (see appendix 4)
