- Unilateral sensory loss
- New onset word finding difficulties/impaired comprehension
- Unilateral painless loss of vision
- Vertigo with other brain stem symptoms
- Diplopia with other brain stem symptoms
- Unsteadiness with other brain stem symptoms
- Generalised weakness
- Presyncope/ Syncope
- Fatigue
- Incontinence
- Worsening confusion
- Isolated vertigo
- Isolated diplopia
- Tinnitus
- Scintillating scotoma
- Amnesia
- Drop attacks
