Discharge home

• Advise OTC antihistamine (e.g.cetirizine, loratadine)
• Consider 3/7 steroids (e.g.40mg prednisolone OD) if asthmatic/ severe skin reaction
• GP follow up if symptoms ongoing at 6 weeks
