- This algorithm applied when there has been clinical discussion between paediatrics and primary care and paediatric assessment has been agreed.
- Non urgent issues with the system should be discussed at regular interface meetings.
- Immediate concerns about clinical management should be notified to the appropriate individual within the service within 24 hours.
