Dietetics
Our aim is to work in partnership with you and others to provide an excellent service to improve the nutrition, health and wellbeing of the Tayside population.
What do Dietitians do?
Dietitians are experts in how nutrition can affect our health. They apply their knowledge to your personal circumstances to prevent or treat disease and improve your health and wellbeing. They consider a range of factors including your lifestyle, eating habits, cooking skills and activity levels to work towards helping you make the right food choices.
