Who to refer

  • Aimed at 16+ with no upper age limit
  • Anyone experiencing emotional distress
  • Could be resulting due to a range of reasons and situational factors such as relationship difficulties, home environment, financial pressures, anxiety, low mood. Could include thoughts of suicide and/or self-harm.

Who not to refer

  • Anyone under the influence of substances to a level which poses risk to person’s safety – we require someone to be able to walk unassisted and hold a lucid conversation.
  • Anyone not in distress who solely requires support with housing, finances, employment should be directed to existing specialist supports.
  • If a mental health assessment is required, the Carseview pathway should be utilised.

  • In person, phone, or text (all options available 24/7)
  • No appointment/ referral needed
  • For direct referrals from GP practices call us first and speak to a member of the team
