Women's, Children and Families

Women’s, Children and Families Services deliver a wide range of specialist healthcare aimed at supporting the health and wellbeing of women, infants, children, young people, and families across the Tayside region. The directorate provides high-quality, person-centred care across both hospital and community settings, covering every stage from preconception and maternity care to paediatrics and family health support.

Services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams that include obstetricians, midwives, neonatologists, paediatricians, gynaecologists, specialist nurses, and allied health professionals. Care is offered through inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, community hubs, and specialist units such as maternity and neonatal care.
