Hold 9102 – crash bleep 

• Complete clerking on trak, med rec +prescribe meds regular + acute 
• Let A&E nurses know your plans then can go round to ward if stable
• If concerns ask for senior review in A&E (9424/9018) 

• Access generic email (RHCYPPAEDSGAMRI)
• Complete clerking
• Order bloods and label tubes - If genetics ensure consent + hand label tubes (consent should be emailed to generic inbox)
• Confirm anaesthetist happy to do bloods
• Email requesting cons from MRI email to let know completed 

8am – 4/430 in direlton 

• Review appts, print labels and clarify any issues - Use backslashes \ppiuITP, \ppiuHSP, \ppiuneutropenia \ppiuchallenge
• Morning – cannulas/bloods (2 attempts)/food challenge (consent + prescribe adrenaline)
• PM – Bloods (iron, ITP, neutropenia) + reviews (HSP, recent admission)
• Follow guidelines in office/on intranet
• Escalate to referring team if issues/concerns
