Using the guidance in practice

Excellence in Care were commissioned by Scottish Government to produce a Once for Scotland approach to quality of care reviews and care assurance visits. The Quality of care review guidance was launched 25 September 2024.

We look at why quality of care reviews are important from a care assurance perspective and why you would use the quality of care review guidance.

The Excellence in Care framework has been used and in this video we share the approach, method and tools that have been produced.
