RDS outage

There was an RDS website outage on the morning of Friday 24th April. During this outage, the mobile app was available as a contingency and we redirected the RDS URL to a contingency site during this period until Tactuum was able to restore access. Tactuum is still investigating the root cause and an incident report will be filed within Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
