RDS improvements

In addition to the password protection fix noted above, the 18 March deployment: 

• addressed several potential causes of RDS outages 

• Implemented fixes resulting from a few support tickets (including restoring the functionality for links to accordions to go to opened accordion sections) 

Tactuum have been working on an upgrade from Umbraco 13 to Umbraco 17. This will allow for important security enhancements to take place. This has now been released for user acceptance testing with an expectancy that this will go live in the coming months. 

An additional upgrade will enable RDS editors to login using their M365 logins. This will have the benefits of increased security and easier access for our editors.
