Signs & symptoms
- Loss of isolated DIP or PIP active flexion
- Possible palpable defect in involved muscle.
Risk factors
- Laceration in area of tendon
- Forceful flexor contraction.
Long flexor tendon rupture

Acute refer to ED / refer urgently to Orthopaedics.
