Signs & symptoms
- Morning stiffness that last over 30 minutes.
- Persistent swelling that lasts in one or more joints.
- Peripheral: Psoriatic/rheumatoid arthritis (RA)? reactive.
- Axial: ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic/RA/reactive.
- Enteropathic: inflammatory bowel.
- Crohns/ulcerative colitis.
- History of psoriasis, uvetis, enthesopathy.
Risk factors
- Recent infection.
- Family history of inflammatory conditions.
- Caucasian> Afro Carribean/ Asian.
