Signs & symptoms
- Deep, intense unremitting non mechanical pain.
- Pain worse at night.
- Unexplained weight loss (5-10% body weight in 3-6 months)
- Non mechanical pain.
- Fever.
- Mass present.
- Lymphadenopathy.
- Subjective history not matching objective findings.
Risk Factors
- PMH cancer ( bony metastasis can develop in two thirds of patients with previous cancer)
- Smoker or previous smoker.
- Obesity.
- Alcoholism.
- Over 50 years of age.
- Inherited genes.
