Sign-off and ongoing development of the toolkit is the responsibility of the CfSD Respiratory Specialty Delivery Group and the relevant Sub Group and complies with the CfSD National Clinical Pathways process. 

As part of the CfSD national clinical pathway process, the pathways in this toolkit are reviewed and approved both by the CfSD Respiratory Specialty Delivery Group and also the relevant Sub Group.

Next review dates are set at 3 years, in line with that process.

Icons are sourced from Flaticon.com, accessed through the licence held by Tactuum Ltd as software provider of the RDS platform. 

All respiratory pathways are evidence based and references have been included as part of the CfSD Pathway Process documentation. This was reviewed and approved via the CfSD Pathway Governance Process.

Messages received through the RDS Feedback form will be forwarded by the RDS team to all key contacts and the team mailbox.

The content was risk assessed as part of the internal CfSD pathway governance process. No risks were identified.

Functional testing, usability testing and user acceptance testing was completed for the pathways in this toolkit.
