All other patients requiring non-urgent outpatient follow-up should be referred back to their GP.
Do note that we should not ask GP's to follow-up investigations we have requested. This may also include further imaging that we are asking the GP to organise on our behalf; however also note we should be careful requesting non-urgent / outpatient radiology for ED follow-up - please discuss with a senior decision maker, and see the relevant guidance.
