Community vaccinations

As a result of the ‘Vaccine Transformation Programme’, GP practices no longer administer any vaccines to their patients.

Therefore if you require any of your patients to be followed up with further vaccinations in the community (e.g. accelerated course Hep B Vaccination) you must complete the Unscheduled Vaccination Referral Form on the Intranet. (Need to be on NHSL computer to open this link)

This should be emailed to the relevant HSCP for where the patient lives.
