Beriplex (not to be confused with Berinert) is for the emergency reversal of anticoagulation under specialist haematology advice only.

Beriplex is issued by the BTS lab and not pharmacy. Pharmacy have had a few OOH calls about this and this can impact their ability to come in for their shift the following morning.
