Transient ischaemic attack (TIA)

If you feel your patient has had a TIA, please follow the current pathway as below (click here for larger PDF version). If you feel the patient has had a stroke, please follow the stroke pathway - be mindful of time since onset as the patient may be eligible for thrombolysis or thrombectomy.
