Citizen's Advice Bureau / Macmillan Cancer Support - Lochaber: This is a separate service for anyone living in the Lochaber area. In partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support CAB offer Income Maximisation advice to anyone affected by cancer in Lochaber.

Highland Sexual Health Clinic:  Service offers general information and advice regarding sexual health including, contraception, testing and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections, HIV testing and support, free condoms. Teen clinics and online chat service available.

Macmillan Benefits Service - Highland: Advice, assistance and representation for anyone affected by cancer on many issues including benefits, employment, housing, debt, holiday insurance, Power of Attorney and community care issues. The service is based in Zone 6 at Raigmore Hospital and offers support throughout the area served by NHS Highland.

Maggie's Highlands: with professional support for anything from treatment side effects to money worries, support free to anyone with cancer and their families who walk through our doors. You'll find Maggie's Highlands alongside NHS Raigmore Hospital Inverness and Maggie's can also support you online. Access to monthly TYA peer support group is available to give you the opportunity to meet other young people with cancer.

Bereavement

Archie's Child Bereavement service: offer a wide range of services, which are tailored to suit the individual needs of the child and their family.

Crocus Highland: Crocus Highland is a bereavement support service for children and young people living in the Highlands.

Self care - mental health and wellbeing

The Ledge: CANDO@theledgeinverness.com Climbing post cancer treatment. Run by the UK's only cancer rehab climbing instructor. Fun for all ages and levels of experience.

VeloCity Inverness: Velo City promotes positive mental and physical health in Inverness and the Highlands through support with cycling. Cycle to health project available to young people with cancer.

Cancer Rehab - Highlife Highland: Cancer Rehab is a programme to help people affected by cancer make physical activity a part of their routine. Taking part in physical activity before, during and after cancer treatment can play a huge role in enabling you to take back control. Face to face, online and 1:1 sessions are available. 

Mikeysline: a Highlands based service offering mental health support if you need to speak with someone.
