Cancer Fertility and Me - Helping you make the right decision for you: website provides support for people who have had a cancer diagnosis, to think about their fertility preservation options before they begin treatment. Decision aids are available through this website for adult women, young women and young men.

Macmillan Cancer Support - Fertility - Support for young people affected by cancer: booklet about how cancer and its treatment can affect your fertility whether this information is needed before, during or after cancer treatment.

Teenage Cancer Trust - How cancer treatment can affect fertility: website provides information on the impact of cancer treatment on fertility and includes questions you may want to ask your doctor.

LGBTQ+

Galop: Galop provides free, confidential and independent support for LGBT+ young people aged 13 to 25 you can contact them by phone, email or via online form.

LGBT Youth Scotland: website to support LGBTQ+ young people in all aspects of their lives through the provision of youth work, and support them to use their voice to create change in equality and human rights.

Macmillan Cancer Support - LGBTQ+ people and cancer treatment: website provides information about whether your healthcare team needs to know that you are LGBTQ+ or if you will be treated differently. Includes links to easy read booklet and audiobook.

Mind Out: is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay, bisexual, trans and queer people with  experience of mental health issues.

The Proud Trust: on this website you will find some helpful information covering a range of different things such as coming out, faith and religion, and staying safe. You’ll also find stories and experiences from other LGBT+ people in the “People like me” section.

Scottish Trans: part of the Equality Network, this project aims to improve gender identity and gender reassignment equality, rights and inclusion in Scotland.

Stonewall Scotland: progress LGBTQ+ equality in Scotland through policy, public affairs and workplace programmes work. Website also has research report LGBT in Scotland - Health (2018)

Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline: The support line is free, and available by phone, via chat or email 10am - 10pm every day.

Teenage Cancer Trust - Supporting LGBTQ+ young people with cancer: website addressing challenges, what to expect from care teams, and information about support provided by TCT and other organisations.

Tranzwiki directory- Groups in Scotland – Gender Identity Research & Education Society: Wiki listing Trans and gender diverse groups in Scotland.

UK Cancer and Transition Service (UCATS) - Transplus: service based at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. For people with cancer or a history of cancer where they feel it interacts with their gender-affirming care.

Menopause

Balance Menopause: a young women's guide to menopause after cancer treatment booklet provides information about why menopause can happen after cancer treatments, how to recognise the signs, and how to look after your mind and body for the future. 

The Daisy Network: provides information and support to women diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency, also known as Premature Menopause. 

Menopause Matters: website provides information about the menopause, menopausal symptoms and treatment options, including what happens leading up to, during and after the menopause, what the consequences can be, what you can do to help and what treatments are available.

Teenage Cancer Trust: webpage provides information about how cancer treatment can cause early or temporary menopause and how you can manage symptoms.

Sexual health and relationships

Macmillan Cancer Support - Sex and relationships: Support for young people affected by cancer: Includes information about changes to your sex life, side effects and sex, having sex during treatment, coping with your feelings about cancer and sex, who can help and talking with your healthcare team.

NHS - Sexual health: information and advice about sexual health, including contraception and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Sandyford: here you'll find information about Sandyford specialist sexual health services for Greater Glasgow and Clyde. There are links to NHS Inform and other organisations for information regarding sexual health topics. 

Scottish Women's Aid: is the lead organisation in Scotland working towards the prevention of domestic abuse. Includes a support for children and young people page.
